Here you'll find a handful of Matterport spaces that have been completed for various clients. Take a look around and get a feel for how an embedded Matterport tour will look built right on your website!
Tony Graham Toyota
Tony Graham Toyota reached out due to the ongoing delays in vehicle orders arriving to the showroom - their goal was to crate some kind of a media library that the sales team could use to demo cars & trucks when the model(s) the customer was interested in weren't immediately available.
We took it a step further and created a perfect 3D model of their entire facility that the sales team can use to walk the customer through a showroom, sit inside the cars and really get a feel for each model. We've also overlaid info for all of the showroom models that link directly to spec sheets, and scattered dealership info throughout (like contact info on the reception desk).
Private Fitness Center & Gym
Like many premium or private gyms, this one is almost exclusively members-only, meaning that they have limited front desk hours and most times they gym is completely unstaffed.
The ask was to create a way for their prospective clients to 'tour' the gym without having to schedule a meeting during the limited staffed hours or scheduling someone to stay late. We worked with the gym to schedule a 1 hour "maintenance window" a week or two in advance, and came in and captured a bright, detailed tour like you see here.
The gym then embedded this content right above the existing "book a tour" link and suddenly saw the number of new members signing up without first touring the gym nearly double. The gym also set their welcome email to include a traditional link to the tour in Matterport's player, and this coupled with a digital key system allows them to offer a completely remote onboarding process if so desired.
Hamilton-based Limousine Service
This was, admittedly a new one for us. A local limousine service approached us with a question - "how do we best convey the premium touches that we've poured into our fleet that set us apart from the competition?". We tested a few ultra-wide photos, but they distorted and made the interior feel misleadingly large.
As a proof of concept, I grabbed my iPad and the virtual tour setup we use for houses and businesses, and we feel the results speak for themselves! Inquiry emails to customer service requesting photo after photo went down almost immediately, as did the "hmm, it's nice but we were expecting something different" comments on pickup. Our client, and their clients, are thrilled with the limo tours!
Royal Lepage Realty
The listing agent for this luxury home in Southern Ontario opted for a 3D virtual tour for a few reasons. Mainly, the home was still actively occupied by the family, and it's hard enough to co-ordinate tours with prospective buyers when without also having the owners' schedule to work around.
By creating a Matterport model and 3D tour, the home is able to be shown virtually 24x7 and the owners are free to live their lives and not have to keep the home open-house ready at all times. With a 3D tour only the most interested of buyers would book tours.
Finally, the online aspect of the tour greatly improved the reach of the home! Prospective buyers from up to 4-5 hours away were able to view the home, from home, removing the time commitment to come see the property unless they were really interested.
